A Wilson Family Christmas

Anyone who knows me would probably agree that I am constantly on the go. Now, multiply that by 18 people and you have a fun-filled, action packed Holiday week! It was spectacular! (and exhausting)

Christmas Eve we were in Naperville seeing Michelle & Scott. We did our sister Secret Santa gifts and gifts for the kids. It was great! We got from (Manda & Ben) our keypad for our garage door and Jack got is BYU hat! Jack also got a sneak peak at his walking/riding toy that "santa" brought for him Christmas Morning, because Michelle and Scott had one for their kids. It was an instant win! (We have been playing with it at our house and Jack is starting to walk behind it, all on his own. It is very exciting!)

Our Christmas Eve celebration also included a Wilson Family talent show with music, Dancing, cartwheels, juggling, balancing acts, etc. It was fabulous!
Christmas Day night Michelle & Scott made it up to Grandma & Papa's house and we opened more presents and played a game that Dan wrote/executed for us girls! It was based on Jay Leno's JayWalking, so it was quite entertaining.

And of course, another tradition- reading the Nativity story. We have Joseph (Micah), Mary (Lauren) and the three other Grandkids with Grandma and Papa.

The Day after Christmas we played a friendly game of volleyball, while Grandma Cindy watched all 3 little grandkids on the stage. Jack loved watching the ball go back and forth, Michelle took some great pictures!
And of course, we can't call it a night after a volleyball game, we stayed to watch a movie. If you look closely, you can find 9 adults snuggled in (Grandma & Grandpa, and 2 more were smart enough to just go to bed.)

And the last official day of our Christmas Celebration- our big Wilson family Christmas party. All 6 girls just ended up next to eachother chatting.

And of course, the big family. Who knows how our family may change before we all see eachother again... For us, a picture like this is priceless.
It was a great week! Luckily we had a long new Year's Weekend to look forward to with nothing on the calendar but a little R&R.
