We had a very eventful week! All 5 of my sisters came to visit and there was always something exciting going on. Even if there was nothing going on, there were 7 cousins to keep track of (and prevent from taking eachother out!)
A couple of highlights.
Jack's Easter Basket. The first thing he did was rip everything out and start yanking at the grass. After we settled that mess, he was very thrilled with his marshmallows and juice box (who cares about a remote control car, bubbles, or clothes.)
Michelle put together a flashlight scavenger hunt that ended with S'mores by the campfire. We were already showered and prepared for 8:30 AM church so we tried not to get too stinky.
The three 2 year olds enjoying all of the parts of S'mores. Maybe Sadie was the only one to try the real deal!
Someone had the difficult job of keeping the 2 babies happy. :)
Grandma, Papa, and the 7 grandkids all together.
Just the kids.
Our Easter Napper. She is so beautiful!
And our Easter Egg hunt. Jack really got into it and LOVED collecting all of the eggs- he was more excited about the eggs and putting them back together than he was about the candy (BIG SCORE for his mom and dad!)
We attempted a family picture, but Jack had had enough after the grandkid pictures. We said we'd try later but we all changed. Maybe next year (or as Spring actually arrives, we still have bare trees and are enduring the cold rainy weather.)
